B2B Connect Pro offers a done-for-you LinkedIn lead generation solution integrated with Expandi.io and the BuzGrowth-branded CRM. The platform is designed for B2B professionals and agencies seeking automated outreach, AI-driven workflows, and CRM-powered lead management.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

B2B Connect Pro is a subscription-based service. Pricing details are available on our website. All plans include a setup fee and may be billed monthly or annually. Payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) apply at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

We do not offer refunds on setup fees or completed service periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Service Usage

You agree not to misuse our services, engage in spam activity, or violate LinkedIn’s user policies. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate platform rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, CRM automations, content, and training provided under B2B Connect Pro remain the intellectual property of BuzGrowth Web LLC. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute materials without express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

BuzGrowth Web LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee specific results from lead generation or outreach campaigns.

8. Support and Communication

Email support is available Monday to Friday, 9AM–5PM EST. Dedicated Slack channels and 1-on-1 sessions are provided for eligible plans.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
